Lamp Primavera of France

This is a working electric lamp with a rounded ceramic base with a flanged top that meets a brass cap (which is the base of the socket and lamp shade holder). Color is white with 6 brown loosely shaped triangles irregularly running around the base. The surface is of a kiln-fired white paint that is intentionally crazed. This same white paint "bleeds" into the brown triangular shapes forming erratic lines and globules which look and seem like a non-replicatable design. The flat bottom of the lamp has a slotted screw in the recessed center which attaches the metal parts to the base. There are 2 factory flaws along the outer rim of the base. The flat bottom reads MADE IN PRIMAVERA FRANCE 8794. The ceramic lamp base has an approximate diameter of 140 mm (5.5") and is approx.140 mm tall (5.5"). Height to the top of the lamp shade holder screw-on cap is approx. 384 mm (15.12"). The base cap, lamp shade holder, and screw-on cap are brass. The metal (not brass) electric bulb socket has a brown plastic twist knob, a cardboard liner, and is stamped with LEVITON UL 250W 250V and PRESS. This lamp needs a good cleaning. No lamp shade is included.
