Description
Ladies's comb back rocking chair, High back, low, wide seat: is 22"w x 19 3/4" deep, seat is approx. 14" from floor or rockers. Back is 30" high from seat. 16 spindles on back. Head board is carved, appears hand carved. Seat was replaced with wood - not sure what type of seat it was. Believe it may have been leather, inset - no holes for cain seat. Maybe low, wide seat was for hoop skirt to fit. Item was bought in W. Virginia by previous owner.
