Possibly Kutani, Okino. I've got pictures of the marks on bottoms of the pieces plus close ups of the individual items. There are a few tiny chips on the rims of a couple of the plates, 2 cups are missing.

My great grandfater hand a store at Cascade Locks out of Portland Oregon. He took it in trade for store items. My grandparents had it in there attic since before I was born. We just got it out and I'm 54yrs old.
