Your items are depression era glassware.  I can't tell the color for sure, but it looks to be amber.  The dessert dishes are considered footed sherbets and the pattern is Madrid made by Federal Glass Co.  This is a pattern that has been reproduced.

The pattern of the bowl is called Sharon or Cabbage Rose and it was also made by Federal Glass Co.

 

In amber the sherbets have a value of around $7-8 each.  The bowl has a value of $7.  This Sharon Amber bowl is one of the more commonly found depression glass items due to it's wide distribution as a premium item.
