Description
Label on the back is from h.s. cowan's 'poor man's gallery' in san fransisco, california, signed mihn '64. it looks to be ink and paint on silk, i'm positve on the silk but not the medium used to paint it. the frame measures 18" tall 14" wide and the peice itself measures 10 3/4" tall 8" wide.
