Deppresion Glass or Not?

Description

Would like to know if this is depression glass and if so, manufactuer - year(s) produced,pattern name, value(if any). If not D.G would still like to know all of above. Swirls/Spirals/Twists go from right to left. Scalloped edges on plates, band at top of glasses, goblets & cups

Your glassware is considered Elegant Depression Era glassware as was introduced by Fostoria Glass Co. in the 1930's.  The pattern is known as Colony and was Fostoria's Line # 2412, and was a very long running pattern with Fostoria made until 1983 and the demise of Fostoria.
