De Laval Cream Separator No. 10

By Annie's Thrift…, 3 September, 2012
Description

I have acquired a De Laval Cream Separator No. 10 to sell for one of my consigner's. I am baffled as to what they are worth. This piece has all the original parts. You can see that it has not been repainted, and that there is evidence of use, as on the spinning wheel, you can barely read the message about calves and cows.

This is the split wing make, where there are 2 pedastools, and like said before it has all the parts and compnents. Not rusty, a few knicks in the paint here and there, but more evidence of wear and tear.

Distinguishing marks
There is a painted (i think it's paint) on the spinning wheel talking about the price of calves or cows, faded from use. It also has the patent plate on the side, where it tells of when the first patent was developed and approved, all the way down to the last. The first was 1877, and the last was 1911.
