Capodimonte? or ???? Plate signed

Profile picture for user vintagefindsredesigned
By vintagefindsre…, 24 October, 2014
Description

I have looked everywhere on line to try and find anything like this plate and can't.  It appears to be old, has lots of crazing and a victorian look to it.  The glazes/colors are bright but they too have crazing going through them.  The figures in the middle are molded or raised like Capodimonte.  Anyone know how old it is and exactly what it is?  Thanks.
