This is a carved stone or possably petrified wood seal stamper I am unaware of the origins or really any thing about it. Hopeing to get the mystery solved here.
Afraid I can't help you myself but I will say it appears to be South American or maybe Mexican. I would try finding an expert in South American artifacts and send them some photos and any information you have as to where it came from etc. Let us know if you figure out the mystery.
