Antique Ewer, Allah in Arabic Script, Brass zoomorphic dragon handle and spout

This is an antique, age unknown, ewer from the middle east or southern Asia.  Brass handle, spout, base, and lid and a unique metal construction container which seems to be made from bent sheet and almost rivet like connections to seal.  Has the name of Allah riveted to container on both sides, in Arabic Caligraphy, using brass.  It is large, almost 20" tall x 20" wide (handle to spout).
