I believe they are brass candlesticks with crystal tear drops. It has been in my family for at least generations. Unfortunately I have no information on them. If anyone knows more about them please let me know.

The same or very close at Etsy https://www.etsy.com/listing/731910306/antique-girandole-1890s-square-based?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=brass+crystal+candlesticks&ref=sr_gallery-2-4&organic_search_click=1 are selling for $215. Not sure if that's an accurate value but the Etsy info should help you.
