Antique Bronze "Lady Statue" Art Deco Lamp with blue and yellow tulip shades

I recieved this lamp from my Granny who has passed away.  I am just wanting to know what it is called and any specifics I can get.  I am not sure if I want to sell it yet.  It is great condition with one mark as seen in one of the pictures.
