Description
The artist is Michel Andre, he is from Quebec and went to school in Montreal taking art history at "The College Fancais" and "The Bois bologne". He is also a photographer and gained public recognition for his talents in 1973 by winning first prize at "The Hotel Dieu De Monteal".
He ,at the time, owned and operated his own art gallery in Ste-Adele, Quebec. I don't know if he still does.
