Watercolor clown with bug under his shoe. I can't make out the artist. There is nothing on the back. I bought it at a yard sale. It is in a cheap ugly frame but it seems to be glued to a piece of heavier cardboard.

I am reaching you to offer my Yukos merch. Yukos was a russian oil corporation, ruled by Khodorkovsky before he was arrested in 2003. The merch i have was created at that time. My parents worked in the company, that's how i possess it.
