18th centry Oak Gateleg Dining Table

Category
American Furniture
Condition
Fair
Description

This is an antique (18th centry) retangular gate leg table with a leaf in the center that folds underneath of the table and unfolds as you pull it out.  it has tapered legs and I currently do not have a photo, but I will try to get one on here as soon as I can. The Table it's self has been well used and shows many years of wear on it.  The leaf that is folded under is in almost mint condition with origional stain. It would be beautiful re-finished, but I do not want ot destroy the value if it woudl destroy the value.

Glass egg

Category
Glass
Condition
Mint
Description

This egg was inherited and I would just like to know if it is valuable, or just an ordinary egg. The egg is in mint condition and has an accompaning brass stand. The egg itself is clear and encases several bubbles in the glass. The design is painted on and looks like a bluish-purple fountain (see picture)
