It is light blue in color, and has faded with wear and tear.  There are a few little rips/marks on the outside, as the cover that has the Elvis's printed on it has become brittle with age.  The inside originally had a mirror, but has since fallen off and I have not replaced it, for fear of it losing value.  Also, the exterior has some connecting metal pieces, and the front clasp that has some minimal rust.  All in all, it is a great piece structurally and have seen one other like it on the market a few years ago, selling for approx. $300 on Ebay.
