Seth Thomas Mantle Clock

Condition
Fair
Description

Clock still functions, but we have lost the key. The item has original paint and shellac (you can see the characteristic alligatoring of old shellac).

Violin- Stradivarius copy

Category
Music and Music Instruments
Condition
Fair
Description

We are not interested in selling, but it may be wise to insure the violin. I am also looking for an expert to clean and maintenance the instrument. We are in the Washington DC area. The bows and case are not the originals, so they do not appear in the photo.

Parker and Field scissors

Category
Other
Condition
Good
Description

I think these are cast steel, they have a dark gray patina.  The rivet holding the sides together is yellow and appears to be hand hammered.  I searched ebay & google and found no results for "Parker & Field"  I assume they are at least pre-1918 because of the "Prussia" stamp.  Any info would be appreciated.
