Rare Antique Initial locket with Soldier Photo circa early 1900's?

Category
Jewelry and Gemstones
Condition
Good
Description

This locket is either made out of actual gold or somekind of golden metal, it has the initials EKM ornately carved in the center of the locket with a 16 point star carved around the initials. Has a 20 inch chain also made of the same material with a small flower ornately carved into the bottom of the chain in one of the links.  Back of this locket has tarnished some around the edges. The chain is unique each link is approx. 1/2 inch long  and are in the shape of long golden corn husks.  On the side of the locket on the right side there is a photo of a young white man uniformed soldier carring a rifle.he  He is wearing a hat and a uniform coat and gloves.  The photo is in great condition, black and white with original plastic cover over the picture, it has yellowed.  The picture is approx. 2 inches tall.  On the left inside of the locket there is a stamp in the gold that looks like a policebadge with the letters FM and what looks like an O underneath the FM. This is a very beautiful locket and I just wanted to get an appraisel and info on it, hope someone can help.

W.G. and Co. Coffee and Dessert Set

Category
Ceramics and Porcelains
Condition
Good
Description

10 Dessert Plates   7.25"

5 Demitasse Cups   2.75"x2.75"

5 Saucers   5.5"

Milk Pitcher   5.75" high x 3.75" wide

2 Serving Platters   9.75"

Condition:  only the milk pitcher has 2 small chips in it.  Everything has some rubbing of Gold rim.

I am trying to establish the dates of these pieces.  According to Guerin-Pouyat-Elite (parent co.) website:

The "LIMOGES W.G.&Co. FRANCE" symbol in green dates 1891-1932.  Kovels' has it as 1901+ ?

The "W.G.& Co." symbol in green dates to 1870s.

My conundrum is what about this set which has the following symbols:   "W.G.& Co. FRANCE" ??

Furthermore, the Demitasse Cup & Saucer and the Pitcher have the symbol in red.

The Dessert Plate has the symbol in green.

The Serving Platters have both colours although as follows: "W.G.& Co. FRANCE" in red and "W.G.& Co." in green (with no FRANCE).

Are the colour difference meaningful?

Can anybody eleucidate on the Date?  Does this mark pre-date the Limoges symbol?

Also, another key question for me - is it still Limoges eventhough it is not stamped as such?

Any idea of Value?  I am trying to figure out whether to sell them together or with the 2 Serving Platters separately?

Thank you very much folks for helping out a newbie.

 Very best regards,
