The statue is a bust of a with her left hand resting on her right shoulder and her head is turned to the right. Her hair is short and has a "nappy" texture to it, yet she has long, narrow, caucasoid features. She is wearing a headband and a loose, sleeveless blouse. The sculpture rests on a small wood base with a plaque reading "G. Armani". It is, so far as I can tell, one of Armani's few "M" finish pieces. I have never seen its like anywhere, and a local appraiser said he could not give me a value on it.
