Old Bookmark World War II Eugenics

Category
Other
Condition
Excellent
Description

I bought some old books for a project and found this really old bookmark inside. I found it in a Margaret Sanger book. Any theories on this? I know it is World War II era and was a part of the Eugenics movement. Anyone know what it might be worth? I have only seen one other mention of this bookmark. It is in really good shape too. Just a little yellowed.

Carnival glass lamps

Category
Lamps and Chandeliers
Description

I have a pair of what I am fairly sure are carnival glass lamps I have not been able to find any maker marks on either lamp. They appear to have brass base for the lamp and for the light fixture. There is a location inside the bottom of the base where a small light bulb can be put to light up the base as well as the top. There are roses on the sides of the lamps both lamps function very well there were no shades with them. They are a blue color that change like carnival glass.
