I received a schoolhouse desk bench with no information. The bench does fold. Is original wood and never has been painted. On one side it reads "try again" the other side reads "never give up". It has a number "4" on both sides and a pat Jan 18,78. Thos Kane & Co The bench is very heavy.
I inherited a 3 drawer dresser with attached upper frame with adjustable mirror that appears to be old, but I can't find any information about it online. It has a tag nailed to the upper part of the back of the mirror that says Kopf Brothers Furniture Lowell Mich. It appears to have all original hardware and ceramic wheels. It is in great condition with the exception of the dresser top, just needs a good cleaning. See pictures.
I bought this at a Goodwill for $3.99. I am not sure what it is I just liked the shape of it for decorative purposes. Would like to know what it is originally used for and if it has any worth
