Uranium ball pitcher

I believe these are hazel atlas uranium ball pitchers. I cannot find any that were sold or pictures online. They glow under black light. There is a larger and smaller pitcher.

Artistic photo print of the facade of one of the original twin towers in black and white.  On the back of the matting, it’s signed and dated August 1987 by Fred H. Muckel (?).  Looking to see if anyone knows who the photographer or artist may be.
