Wall Phone Decanter

Category
General Antiques and Collectibles
Condition
Good
Description

German made wall phone decanter, 19th century.  Engraved on front is "GĂ‹S-GESCHUTZT".  The decanter goes inside and there is a hook that the little cup hangs on.  Cannot find anything like it online.  Closest thing is the wall phone decanters Jim Bean made but they are 20th century.  It belonged to my great grandmother but no idea where it came from.  Would love to know anything about it!
