This piece has been in my family since I was little. My mom is now in memory care and she can no longer tell me the history of it. I am looking to list it online to help pay for her care. Any information regarding its resale value would be appreciated.

Flower painting/ possible watercolor. With signature. On the frame : copyright MCMXLIX Dart ind. Made in use 1843. It's in amazing condition. I have no information about its history. Found it in a house I bought. Would love any information I could get. Interested in selling also.
