Appraiser Remarks
Based on what can be seen from the images, these paintings are quite modern and of a type sold by Art Wholesalers to the general public, usually at Hotel conference centers. These paintings are often European street scenes, painted to order by unknown artists, the signatures on them fictitious. Quite often virtually identical paintings can be found with different signatures, most using just the first name, EG. "Ronaldo". In the secondary market most comparable paintings by unknown artists sell for under $200.00.each
