Based on what I can see in the images this appears to be a Victorian Cut Glass Decanter. Most of these tend to date 1880- 1900, some made by the larger companies are well marked and easy to identify, others like this one with no company markings are not. Values last peaked for cut glass in the late 1980's, but it's been in steep decline since then. Currently comparable decanters often sell for $150.00 or less.
