Based on what I can in the images provided this appears to be a 19th Century Chinese Export "Blue & White" serving platter. Not all of these carry any markings, which can make the accurate dating of them difficult without a physical examination. Pieces like this were made for the European Market in relatively large numbers, shipwrecks in the South China Sea have been found in recent years containing tens of thousands of pieces, which has effected values.
