Hello, I have a sterling silver "top hat" that I believe is made by WM. B. DURGIN CO. It has the makers stamp, the number 31 and an engraved name "Florence" on the underside of the brim. I have searched the internet for this item to no avail. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
