What's This Antique Oak Mantel Worth?

I'm selling a house and in the purchase and sale I said I was removing this old oak mantel. But if it's not possible, I'd like to know how much it's worth so I can change the P&S. House is located in western Massachusetts. If anyone has any info on the age and manufacturer... that too would be appreciated. Tiles shown can be removed as slabs and the 2 piece cast iron front is also removable. Mirror is beveled.

History
House was built in 1840s but this was probably added much later. My grandparents bought the house in 1918. This was one used as the living room and there's evidence there once was a wood stove here. I've found the flue holes in the upstairs floor. Has original varnish which has aged... cracked and darkened.
