Vintage Mexican Taxco Necklace and Bracelet

I have a bracelet and a necklace from my husband's grandmother and they are very heavy silver in a linking herringbone style. Fitting close together by chains inside. I want to know the approximate value and the designer and anything else you can tell me about these items.
