"Taxco" waterpaintings

Set of 2 ~  11” X  7 ½” Watercolor   The word “Taxco” is printed on both paintings, but the signatures are different.  One reads “ Vicent” and the other is not very clear, but appears to read

“ i. caxer”  or “i. laxer”  or the middle letter could be a number 4 and the last letter a “P”.

These were in a home I purchased several years ago.  I would be interested in any info regarding these paintings and their value.  Thank you.
