No. 739,318, Dated September 22, 1903,

No. 778,976 Dated January 3, 1905

and

No. 896,059 Dated August 11, 1908

Other patent information in what could be spanish or french.

"Victor Talking Machine Co., Camden, N.J."

The number 64622 is imprinted on the album itself on the non playing surface with "16 w" imprinted infront of it.  The same number 64622 is also printed on the label cover with all the other album information.
