St.louis Silver Company

i have a cup with horizontal handles on each side, there is a stamp on the bottom that says St.Louis silver company inside a circle and underneath is the word quadruple and underneath that is the numbers 0161. It is tarnished with some oxidation and the plating is missing from most of the inside and a few parts on the handles.

3 inches wide at the base, tapering up to 2 inches wide across the top, it is round and the handles are two different sizes one is an inch and a quarter wide and the other is one inch wide

I do not know, but I can tell you that i purchased it 30 years ago at an estate sale
