I have no idea about this peice other than I purchased it at a garage sale about 20 years ago and i have had it stored for the last 10 years. I thought I would bring it back to life when I have time to dedicate. Well I'm sad to say that time never came and now I am going to sell it in the hopes someone will appreciate what "could be".
Can someone tell me what the diference is between the metal plate and the stamp on the inside. Why 2 different stamps??
