I'm new to this world and would like some advice on a side table that I've come across,what's the approximate age,where it's from and if there is value in it or should I just paint it and get rid,I'm really curious what others think aswell

It's quite a modern Federal Revival style piece. The style has never really been out of production very long, most like that date from the second quarter of the 20th Century.
