Set of 3 Coalport Feltspar Porcelain Serving Dishes~ Gold Medal awarded c. 1820

Description

Set of 3 Coalport Feltspar Porcelain Serving Dishes~ Marked "Gold Medal Award May 30th, 1820...Patronized by the Society of Arts..J. Rose & Co. Coalport Feltspar Porcelain" in red. All 3 pieces are in the same pattern of off white with hand painted flowers and gold gilt and have scalloped edges. The 2 square plates are the same size 8" x 9" and the oval plate is 8.5" x 10.5".

Condition: All 3 of the pieces have some discoloration and crazing. The 2 square Dishes do not have any chips but each one has a repair and the oval dish does not have any cracks or repairs but does have a chip on the edge approx. 3-4 mm in size.
