Royal Semi-Porcelain Alfred Meakin England 6 pc set including Pitcher, Basin, Chamber, Soap Dish, Cup? and insert for the chamber bowl? Shabby Rose pattern

By Jojohi50, 27 June, 2013
Description

I have inherited a 6 piece Chamber/washing set from the  Royal Semi-Porcelain Alfred Meakin England Shabby Rose(I believe) collection.  It includes the following:

* Basin

* Pitcher

* Chamber pot

* Chamber pot insert?  (Don't know what this piece is called, but it's like another bowl that fits inside the chamber pot, that has a hole in the middle of it.  This is the only piece that has a chip.  The chip is about 1/2 inch long on the outer circle of this item.)

* soap holder including a lid and draining tray with holes on the inside

* I'm not sure what the last piece is.  It may be a cup, but is shaped more like a vase?

Besides the one mentioned chip, all of the other pieces are in mint condition.  Nothing else stands out to me.   I was hoping to get an idea of how valuable this set  is.  I don't have the first clue as to where I should go to try and get the best price for something like this.   I live in Omaha, Nebraska (which wasn't a choice on the time zone).   Does this mean that I'm not close to any local prospective buyers?   My other question would be, if that's the case, how would you recommend shipping something like this?  Sorry for all the questions.  I am very new to all of this.   I thank you in advance for all your help and for any information or direction that you could provide.
