Description
Oriental heavy plate. Blue & white with hallmark on back,
writing and people front, outside setting. My opinion, made as
show plate, not for food. Would like ballpark figure for worth.

Sometimes a visit to a Chinese restaurant can get you a translation. May be a poem or short story.
Does not look too awful old and probably has just decorative value and there are hundreds of decorator items at Pier 1 etc........
