The box has very little information as you can see in the pictures. It was purchased at a thrift store in about 2000. The only thing I've found is this article
additional info - The article has a picture of Mohammad Ali playing with the toy. The caption claims he invented it and it's going to be marketed later, but on mine the copyright is from 1954.
