Murphy Rocking Chair

Hi,

I have a small wood rocking chair, with upholstered seat and back. It is about 31" tall. The label under it is black with white lettering and it says Murphy 5481, Owensboro KY. It's in great shape. I suspect that this in not the original fabric (sage green grey color). 

I'm wondering what kind of wood it is and how much I should sell it for.
