Minstril picture plate

Hi,

My mom has an antique picture plate that she has owned for years but does not have any information on it.

It is a picture plate of a minstril playing a lute (?) and drinking wine (98)

I attached a couple pics    

This is agreat opportunity for her to find out about it.
