All I know is that it ''Could'' be a Meissen I dont know I need someone to please tell me if it is real and if so what it could be worth I do not have a the teacup

It certainly looks like a Meissen mark, the problem is it's been copied a great deal over the years. I'd suggest seeing if you can find a match for the pattern listed here.
