Description

Appears to be a 19th Century ship in rough seas with seagulls flying on both sides and an island/land off back starboard corner (our left looking at painting) ship is listing to it's port side slightly. Signature appears to be (c. milkison, c. williamson, c. nicholson) not real sure.
