This is a Wing Cast iron Santa Claus Still Bank. This may or may not be a Hubley. I did a little research and no one knows the manufacturing but it has been tied with Wing Banks not a Hubley. Your model is in very great condition which i would assume it would be a 1950s reporduction by John Wright. The John Wright model sells for about $30 but still a nice fine since it was free
