Help Identifying this Figurine

By AilaLynn, 4 February, 2017
Description

Hi! I was given this figurine by my friend after his mom passed away. He said she's had it for as long as he can remember.

I can't find any marks on the figurine and I am not having any luck finding out who made it, what it is, year made, any historical info...nothing. It's basically a mystery to me. I've never seen one of these before.

It appears to be an older man and woman in a boat with their dog. The man has some sort of bottled drink and the woman appears to be reading a book. there's and umbrella laying in the boat behind the woman.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Help Identifying this Figurine

Most of these are mid 20th Century Italian "Capodimonte style" figurines, a number of companies made them, if it is marked it will be under the base of the figurine, under the wooden base. No huge value, most like this sell for under $100.00.
