handpainted oriental blue and white plate made in china

Description

Going thru Mom's stuff, I came across this handpainted blue and white floral scalloped plate - measures 10" - On back there are the initials in caps N-D surrounded by a shell with a crown above, below is a picture of a starfish as well. It reads not microwave & dishwasher safe - made in China and patter C91 in oval. I have been researching this for 2 days now and can't find out anything, even the name of the logo..can anybody help me?

Obviously a recent plate. There are many, many manufactures of pottery in China today that produce millions of pieces each in a year and they use many different marks. You may want to have it tested for lead if you plan to use it for food because it does not say food safe.

$10.00- 20.00 because it is very decorative.
