A Hammered Copper (?) Vase/Urn with figures and animals some with masks.

 Approximate dimensions:

19" tall

21" top circumference

27" middle circumference

14" bottom circumference

 

It was purchased from an estate sale in London, UK over 50 years ago.

I think it is hammered copper.
Distinguishing marks
The signature on the bottom is a long slash and a small "r" which long tail intersects the slash.
