This is a set of dolls that was manufactured in India by a joint venture between Mattel USA and Mattel Toys India Ltd. They were only sold in India, where mine was purchased, and they are hard to find. The only info I can find on this set is at the following website (which I have no idea as to credibility of the site or the information) http://barbie.wikia.com/wiki/FESTIVAL_BARBIE_AND_SKIPPER. The first two photos are of my item from my camera, the other images are of the same product out of the box to provide a closer look at the detail and jewelry on the dolls.
