Description
I've had this for over 25 years in a draw. It was a gift from my mother. I never thought much about it because it's not my style but I've always wondered if it is an antique. She bought it at an estate sale. With the set there was a charm. It looks like it belongs or is a companion piece.
Hope someone can help me figure it out.
