see photos. cup pedestal base is indented; the intricate pattern around cup is repeated on saucer (photos not good to show this). cup is gold inside, with gold handle on outside...
character on the underside of the cup and saucer looks hand-painted or drawn; seems to be a jewish or asian (??) symbol or maybe signature...
my grandmother bought this cup many years ago, was told it was a jewish ceremonial cup...
both cup and saucer are in excellent condition, no chips or scratches...sorry for my bad description...
